Irina completed her yoga teacher training with Master Ravindra. But she believes that teacher training should never end. There is always something more to learn to adapt to practice … Her Yoga journey started 10 years ago from power yoga in the gym and after she tried different schools and styles in different countries but yoga was like a hobby from time to time.

 

”I was working in tourism for 6 years but I lost interest and I was thinking that I lost interest for life and in this moment I met opportunities and people who gave me inspiration. I’ve been thinking about yoga teacher training for 3 years and I made decision to stop with tourism and jump to yoga life. I’ve got certification of 200 hours Ravvi Yoga School. And now I’m part of the team. What gonna be after I don’t know but Let’s see. I know only that every day I’m thankful that I made the decision to devote my life to sharing yoga.

 

Yoga is for everybody. Yoga is everywhere. Yoga is happiness of living. I would share this knowledge with other people. Sometimes we forget that everything for happy life is inside of us and we need just stop and listen our inner voice ”

Условия проживания

Размещение по 2 человека на 3х спальной вилле с видом на море в тихом уютном месте. Вилла оснащена всем необходимы : оборудованная кухня, джакуззи, площадка для медитаций с видом на море. Есть возможность готовить самостоятельно . Все комнаты оснащены кондиционерами, одна ванная, два туалета и комната для занятий йогой.

За пользование кондиционером и джакуззи взымается плата 5 евро в день.

Upon completion, you will be certified as a yoga teacher approved by Yoga Alliance Professionals, UK. Please note, that in Ravvi’s training, they accept only very limited number of students at the same time, so you will have all your questions answered and all your asanas corrected. You will practice from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays, you will have a day off. Evening classes, individual practice, or prenatal classes can be arranged as per request.

During this training, you will be staying in Yoga House, a three-bedroom villa near the sea. Each room will be shared by two students.

This Ravvi’s yoga teacher training course teaches you how to live a yoga lifestyle first and then be able to truly teach from a deeper part of yourself. This intimate yoga teacher training is sure to be a life enhancing experience. The course is designed to provide a sound foundation in developing skills in yoga with the ability to teach, deliver, and adapt practices in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The purpose of this yoga teacher training program is to provide a supportive environment in which students begin to connect with their inner teacher and internal wisdom, to provide the foundation on which trainee teachers can develop and evolve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The aim of this course is also to develop trainee teachers with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to teach yoga safely, confidently, and professionally.

The training will facilitate to deepen their personal asanas and meditation practice. Ravvi’s School of Yoga intends to support each student as they develop, deepen, appreciate, and expand their understanding of their true authentic self.

The aims are realized through basic study of philosophy, personal alignment, classical poses and adjustments, pranayama practices, and individual instruction. This program supports students in deepening their understanding and relationship to the practice by studying the basic ingredients, breath, locks, and focus. With revolutionary methods to make the practice accessible and appropriate, Ravvi’s approach is modern, therapeutic, challenging, supportive, and steeped in tradition.

This Ravvi’s yoga teacher training course will guide students to establish and setting up a business or for self-employment. Students are advised of sensible practice and of potential pitfalls. The course will provide you the art of teaching yoga which requires sensitivity, compassion, and understanding, as well as technical knowledge and years of practice, and how an effective yoga teacher, in addition should convey their innate love, which is the essence of yoga.

Upon completion, you will be certified as a yoga teacher approved by Yoga Alliance Professionals, UK. Please note, that in Ravvi’s training, they accept only very limited number of students at the same time, so you will have all your questions answered and all your asanas corrected. You will practice from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays, you will have a day off. Evening classes, individual practice, or prenatal classes can be arranged as per request.

Please be prepared for intense training, not a yoga holiday. Their goal is to bring yoga to you, so after training, you could share it with others. Good mood and dedication is all that is needed.

Accommodation

You will be staying in shared room (2 persons) in a nice 3-bedroom villa, with sea view. There is a fireplace in the living room, outside area to sit, outside jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen, if you wish to cook for yourself and your “house friends” in the evenings. The three rooms offer air-conditioned and share one bathroom and one extra toilet, downstairs.

Please note that the A/C and the jacuzzi access are offered with extra charges – 5 EUR per day per person.

Protaras is a little village near the sea, with spectacula views of the mountains. The famous Cape Greco is only 4.5 kilometers away, and you will find lots of natural bays, perfect for swimming and relaxing in the sun. There are many trails, by the sea, for evening walks in nature or cozy benches, in most beautiful locations, to relax with a book.
