Enjoy this amazing yoga holiday in sunny Cyprus! Start your day with Yoga practice to get energy, enjoy drinking tea, outdoors, with a beautiful sea view, while healthy Yogic breakfast is served. Explore stunning surroundings and natural bays, walk in nature, refresh and recharge from big city noise and intensity. And in the afternoon, join the gentle Yoga practice, again, with some breathing and meditation sessions, afterwards. Reconnect with yourself and make the most of this break!

The maximum participants in the group is 6.
You will be staying in shared room (2 persons) in a nice 3-bedroom villa, with sea view. There is a fireplace in the living room, outside area to sit, outside jacuzzi and fully equipped kitchen, if you wish to cook for yourself and your “house friends” in the evenings. The three rooms offer air-conditioned and share one bathroom and one extra toilet, downstairs.
Please note that the A/C and the jacuzzi access are offered with extra charges – 5 EUR per day per person.

Yoga is much more than just great stretching. This ancient Indian practice can be a powerful and effective path of transformation out of your habitual holding patterns and distortions, and into your own body’s innate intelligence, and desire to be in balance on all levels; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Even if you are fit, healthy, and agile already, you will feel the physical benefits of a yoga practice. And the best news is you already have everything you need to practice yoga, because all you need is a body in any condition. It is the only thing you need to practice! Special conditions, special clothes, particular temperatures, props, or famous teachers are not necessary.
You will start your day with yoga practice, breathe the fresh air, and let yourself free from any worries, stress, and expectations.
Enjoy freshly cooked home-made vegetarian breakfast and a cup of tea, in the afternoon, while learning more about yoga; the ancient science of unity of mind, body, and soul.

Protaras is a little village near the sea, with spectacula views of the mountains. The famous Cape Greco is only 4.5 kilometers away, and you will find lots of natural bays, perfect for swimming and relaxing in the sun. There are many trails, by the sea, for evening walks in nature or cozy benches, in most beautiful locations, to relax with a book.

How to get there
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Larnaca International Airport (LCA). From the airport, you can take a bus or taxi to the venue.
